In support of our existing clients worldwide and to grow our teams and the company, we are looking to employ experienced Senior Engineers.
The role will be working with EP’s teams of engineers and EP’s clients to provide engineering consultancy and design. EP has existing client relationships with majors, medium sized independent oil and gas companies, AIM listed operators, renewable operators and engineering contractors.
Essential background required
- 10 years’ professional experience in an engineering or technical consulting role or operator organisation
- Degree-level qualified in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, energy
- Fluent in written and spoken English within a technical and business setting
- Solid experience from the offshore and/or onshore
- Experience with working in teams and dealing with deadlines
- Understanding and experience in risk management
- Flexibility and interest in being involved with different types of studies and in internal developments, including energy efficiency studies
- Passion for working in oil and gas, energy transition and renewables
- We are looking for dynamic and ambitious engineers
Specific experience in one of the following areas
- Safety and risk consultant for different types of energy installations, offshore and onshore.
- Safety and risk consultant for different types of energy installations, offshore and onshore.
- Facilities asset integrity, asset performance and maintenance optimisation studies.

The successful candidate will be/have:
- Working within oil and gas or renewable industry in the offshore / onshore sector.
- Solid experience in performing and delivering engineering design or performing engineering studies.
- Being a solid member of design/engineering teams.
- Mentoring engineers as part of the company’s agile approach.
- Dealing with clients directly, building long-term client relationships - demonstrating technical leadership and an integrated approach to risk management in design and engineering.
