Pluspetrol PPC, Peru - EPConsult Energies has carried out a detailed Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) for the Pluspetrol operated Camisea Plant, studying the plant impact on adjacent infrastructure and environment. The Gas Plant is located in the Peruvian Amazon and delivers gas to the coast through a 340 miles long pipeline. The QRA study involved performing HAZID to identify risks, followed by consequence modelling, frequency analysis and computation of risk; and the QRA study went on to identify risk reducing measures and performing ALARP demonstration.
